# LODs

The server has it's view distance set to 24. Many people (including me) think Minecraft looks a lot better when you can have your view distance set much further than this. There are a few mods that allow players to generate LODs so they can see much further. Unfortunately there won't be any world downloads made available and it's unlikely that any of these mods or plugins will be getting added to the server directly, so that leaves players having to manually explore the world to generate their LODs.

That's annoying. So here are the download links to already generated LODs, they'll get updated and fully regenerated occasionally. Each link is labelled with the date it was generated and the version the of the mod. Just a warning, the .zip files are quite large, it'll probably take quite a while to download them all.

## Voxy

AussieSMP Live has switched from Distant Horizons + Complimentary Shaders to Voxy + Photon Shaders. (Example pictures so you can check out what it looks like coming soon!)
