Once you have joined the Discord you'll notice that there are not many text-channels within the server. This is because your account must be approved to use a majority of the features of the Discord.
While you are filling out the AussieSMP Application form you have the opportunity to send in your Discord ID + # if you did not do this, you will need to do some extra steps to get your Discord account approved.
Use the 'Existing Player Form' to send in the username of your Minecraft account and your Discord info to get access to the rest of the channels of the Discord server. This process can take up to 2 days, so don't be concerned if nothing happens immedietly.
